Our Sale Agreement

Buyer payment responsibilities:​​

• Appropriate ground transportation through a well-known company or ourselves

• Any additional veterinary testing that may be required for crossing state lines

​

A non-refundable deposit will secure livestock reservations and sales are NOT final until the buyer pays the full amount. ​

• For reserving any livestock on the hoof, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is expected to secure a place on our list. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for reserving a Chocolate Heeler pup.

• Market hogs require a $200 deposit for wholes and $100 deposit for halves to hold your place on our list.

Payment Options

We accept cash, credit card + 3.5%, check, Paypal, and Venmo (Both friend and family payment only). The purchaser is responsible for any fees incurred on payments.

Transportation:

If transportation assistance is needed, we can provide it at a rate of $2.50 per mile. Full payment is required before departure from the farm.  If we do not have the ability to transfer ourselves, we will help assist with finding reliable, well-known transportation companies.

We are not responsible for any illness, damage or death as a result of shipping through a transporter.​​
